We have launched multi-user accounts; multiple users can log into one account

(June 13, 2025) A long-awaited and frequently requested feature is here - multiple delegated users can log into one user account. These invited users are managed by the account administrator.

In SSLmarket, you can now invite other users into your account. You invite them through the customer account interface, and they will receive an email invitation.

These so-called delegated users will have limited rights and, for example, will not see payments and invoices. However, they will access the order details and can download the certificate.

The login screen has also been changed, which is now divided into the account owner's login (classic) and the login of a delegated user into the account they were invited to.

One delegated user can log into multiple customer accounts they were invited to. Of course, a delegated user can also use 2FA for account security. It is also possible to combine login in the classic way, i.e., with a username and password, with login using Google SSO.
